We have been involved in developments with budgets from £50,000 to £5,000,000 and have gained valuable experience in mediating between developers and contractors where disputes have arisen.

In many cases we can work on placing the completed development with an investor before a brick is laid and if your aim is to retain the property, or part of the property, we can time our marketing so that a tenant moves in as soon as the paintwork is touch dry.
