We restrict our business to offering only property which is of a higher than average standard. We refuse to represent Landlords who do not take their responsibilities seriously!

If you didn't see any properties that interested you, please fill in the following form so that we may post your requirements on our 'property wanted' bulletin board which is widely advertised and which regularly matches applicants with prospective tenants.

Once we find you a property we will need you to submit to a credit and referencing check which will unfortunately cost you £20.00 (it actually costs us £17) The necessary form can be faxed, posted or e-mailed to you for completion and we aim to clear your application within forty-eight hours.

Once your application has been accepted we will require an additional fee of £50 to cover the further administration of your application.

Rents are generally collected via standing order from your bank but we aim to offer you the option of paying your rent with a credit or debit card over the internet via our partner site www.paymyrent.co.uk by the end of the year. Obviously cash and cheques that are not bouncy are also accepted.
